ABOUT MARY-JANE DEVINE
Director

Influenced by my Italian heritage and growing up in NE Victoria, I was influenced by bringing people together generally around food – and a lot of it!

With a background in business development for Regional Victoria local council, Business Events Sydney, DMS – Destination Marketing Services, Mary-Jane moved to Melbourne in 2003 and Fusion was born to represent boutique suppliers to the national events market.

While industry trends, sales & marketing tools change constantly, our objectives to drive sales strategy through ethical principles, storytelling, great service & trusted relationships are the same.

I am passionate about helping businesses develop their sales potential through sales representation, marketing, sales training, mentoring, coaching & consultancy. Organically, our services have expanded to assist companies outside of tourism, including mentoring women entrepreneurs.

In 2016, Mary-Jane was a finalist in the Travel Weekly Women for Salesperson of the Year & Meetings & Events Australia (MEA) State Finalist for ‘Business Development Person of the Year’ Award.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor of Business (Tourism Management). Monash University & Charles Sturt University
– Master of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) – American Board of NLP
– Master of Time Line Therapy –  Timeline Therapy Association

I also have the advantage of dual market experience and knowledge – a unique offering in my market niche.
